The Burnout Protocol
The Burnout Protocol adopts a science-based approach incorporating various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, resiliency and coping skills, along with somatic and bodywork therapies. Grounded in a trauma stress-informed approach, our work is guided by the Trauma Research Foundation.
This work delves deep into our past, present, and future, unraveling how our mental wellness intricately impacts and influences our day-to-day lives, both at home and in our careers. By shifting the focus from reactionary responses to fostering a culture of thriving, we pave the way for lasting mental well-being.
This is a 6-8 week program led by psychotherapists for individual, and group programs.
